What You'll Do

This isn't a typical task-list VA role… You'll be actively involved in scaling a growing business. You'll touch every part of the operation, from client-facing work to behind-the-scenes automation. During a typical month you will work on these types of tasks and projects:

Social Media & Community Management

• Manage Skool community
• Post engaging content and discussion prompts
• Repurpose content across Skool, FB, LI, and IG
• Respond to member comments and questions
• Welcome new members warmly
• Flag important questions or issues for my attention
• Keep community active and engaged

Launch & Email Management

• Schedule and manage email sequences for launches and promotions
• Set up automated email campaigns in ConvertKit
• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks during busy periods

Operations

• Monitor my calendar and proactively handle post-call tasks
• Pull notes after coaching calls and prep
